Every other thing will fall into place, but you have to take the first step.
That step is different for everyone.
For me it might be learning how to manage my time efficiently.
For you it might be starting the right business.
For someone else losing weight.
And still for another person it might be letting go of relationships that is not adding value in any way to your life.
The step and action you need to take depends on your health and life goal.
You may even need to take a step away and evaluate the result of your action.
But one thing is sure.
Nothing will happen unless you decide to move and then take action.
Deciding and doing is important
You can decide to get out of bed in the morning and still stay in bed.
You have to decide and then do it.
Taking those warm covers off and getting your feet on the ground is the action you have to take to get out of bed.
What is the action you need to take to reach your goals?
Stop agonizing about how you will do it. Decide and be willing to learn. All the other things you need in your journey will start coming to you: One at a time.
When you get out bed, you brush your teeth and get on with your day.
You do not brush your teeth without getting out of bed.
As soon as you take the first step, the next thing to do will come to you – the tools, the connection , the right workout, the right nutrition and the support you need.
And they might come from sometimes unlikely sources. Keep an open mind.
Let go of your fears and limiting belief and step out.
