* Client history
Periodically, we will distribute an email or direct mail to let you know about events, new programs, and special announcements.
Clients can opt-out of this policy and sign a consent form to release information to any interested 3rd party.
We collect personal information from you to:
- Learn about you and your fitness goals and other related objectives to help you achieve them;
- Create a unique profile on our website in order to provide relevant and targeted offers to you;
- Better understand your preferences and tailor offers and services to you based on those preferences;
- Better understand our website usage and trends, to improve our service performance, and build knowledge around user attitudes and motivations around health and fitness.
Types of personal information collected
We also collect your, gender, ethnicity, physical measurements or attributes, and other more detailed information about your lifestyle (including but not limited to: employment, preferences, habits, personal routine) in order create a program account. Specifically, on creating your account, Bellisima will ask you to upload photographs of yourself periodically (around once a month) that you can request be anonymous. The photo upload feature is optional and you can choose to stop uploading photos at any time. Should you choose to upload photos, these progress photos will only be viewed by us and will not be otherwise used or disclosed unless you provide your express permission for Bellisima to do so.
Effect of Consent and Withdrawal of Consent
If you provide your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy, Bellisima will provide a personalized coaching experience for you, depending on the product or service you have selected, and you will have the ability to access our structured coaching program and all related materials to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Email: When you sign up for our training and/or newsletter by providing your email address, you will receive periodic email updated from our company. Most often, these emails provide free education and helpful resources to help you in your fitness wellness journey. In some cases, you will be offered special promotions. You can quickly unsubscribe from our email list by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email.
Ordering
You may order secure online 24 hours a day! You will receive a questionnaire that will ask for the information necessary to prepare a personalized plan for you. Program materials and coaching will start within 48 hours of assessing your questionnaire.
Credit card orders will be processed immediately.
