This is a healthy 20 minute burrito that you can make even if you have never cooked before.

The prep time is 20 minutes but if you have your veggies and chicken ready, you will cut the prep time to 15 minutes.
The vegetable and protein filling gives you a healthy dose of Vitamins, antioxidants, protein and healthy fat.
Meet the ingredients
1 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tbsp of Sugar
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the filling
1 cup of cabbage cut into long thin strips
¼ cup of onion
1 chili pepper
1 cup of carrots cut into long strips
Curry, thyme, rosemary
Salt and cube seasoning to taste
1 tbsp of oil
How to prepare
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Stir in water and oil. Mix with your fingers until the dough comes together and resembles cornmeal.
Put on a floured surface and knead a few minutes until smooth and elastic. Add a little flour or water if needed to get smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Use a well-floured rolling pin and roll a dough ball into a thin circle.
Meanwhile, coat a skillet or frying pan with 1 tbsp of cooking oil and heat.
Place the dough into the hot skillet or frying pan, and cook until bubbly and golden.
Flip and cook the other side until golden.

To make the Burrito
In a pot cook your chicken and drain. Tear into strips
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and then add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add the onions and cook till they begin to soften. Place the chicken strips in the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until well browned.
Stir in the carrot and green pepper and cook for 30-60
Season to taste

Get 1 tortilla and Spoon the filling on it
Fold sides and ends of tortillas over filling and roll up from the end closest to you
You can enjoy it with a glass of delicious smoothie or coffee.
You can make more and store in individual wrap and freeze. Just microwave when you want to use.

Good thinking! I find I like involving the kids in baking but not in normal cooking as it just makes everything take too long.
That’s good that they’re already involved in baking. Get them involved in normal cooking too. Let them take turns preferably weekends in deciding what to cook. Whoever decides, gets to coordinate things, with you in charge.
