PELVIC ORGAN PROLAPSE

When 1 or more of the pelvic organs slips from their position and bulges into the vagina or anus. You may feel as if something wants to drop out of your vagina and in extreme cases as if you’re sitting on a ball or balloon.

The organs of the pelvic floor includes your bladder, Uterus, Rectum, Vagina, Cervix. Any one of these organs or two can slip and bulge into the vagina.

PROLAPSE is one major postpartum challenge that’s rarely talked about
